Survey Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

1. Crestone Consulting Limited (Crestone)  complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993 (the Act) when dealing with personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (a natural person).

2. This policy sets out how we will collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

4. We collect personal information about you from you, when you provide that information to us, from third parties where you have authorised this, or where the information is publicly available.

5. We use your personal information to market our services and products to you, including contact you electronically.

6. We may disclose your personal information to a person who can require us to supply your personal information (e.g. a regulatory authority), any other person authorised by the Act or another law (e.g. a law enforcement agency), or any other person authorised by you.

7. A business that supports our services and products may be located outside of New Zealand. This may mean your personal information is held and processed outside New Zealand.

8. We will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe from loss, unauthorised activity, or other misuse.

9. Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Act, you have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold and to request a correction to your personal information. You can do this by emailing hello@crestonecompliance.co.nz. 

10. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Failure to supply all requested information may result in the entry being invalidated.

3. Crestone Consulting Limited (Crestone) will take no responsibility for late or invalid entries.

4. The prizes are not transferable unless specified.

5. All prizes are subject to terms and conditions of the company supplying the prize.

6. Crestone will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of receiving or using the prize.

7. Winners will be notified on the date specified in the email communication relating to the draw.

8. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn.

9. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.

10. You must work in the New Zealand Financial Services industry to be eligible for the prize.
